The STITCH HOUSE uses prefabricated construction techniques to control quality and cost. The body of the house, with 1880 interior square feet, is paired with a site-specific stitch, which provides exterior living spaces and links the house to the specific conditions of its site. The first STITCH HOUSE is planned for a site in Pittsboro NC.
